What’s the schedule like?
Monthly packages vary from 1-3 times a week. Classes are approximately one hour and are tailored to your specific goals. Once you sign up, Larry will work with you to create a plan that works with your schedule. Note that monthly sessions do not roll over to the next month if not used.
Where do we train?
Training takes place at TG The Gym in Phoenix. This is a boutique gym that provides the space and equipment needed to get the most out of your training sessions. Note that all packages require gym membership. This is an additional investment outside of Larry Smith Fitness.
Can we train in my home/personal space?
For schedule efficiency and to ensure we have the necessary equipment, personal training sessions are hosted at TG The Gym in Phoenix. If you would like to book a session in your home or personal space, please speak directly with Larry to discuss options and additional investment.
