Group Fitness

Join the group fitness class lead by celebrity and professional athlete coach, Larry Smith! You're guaranteed to experience a workout you've never had before.

Boxing + Strength Training

Technique, Endurance, and Core training all in one. This workout will keep you on your toes (literally) and eager for more. Take punching the clock to new extremes as Larry leads a 60-minute workout that includes coaching proper technique, mitt and bag work, as well as weight lifting and cardio. Meant to build a lean, mean physique.

High-Intensity Training

High-intensity interval training coached with all the members in mind. Meant to challenge the cardiovascular system while increasing strength, agility, balance, and speed. Guaranteed to make you break a sweat, gain muscle, and burn calories.

Group Training FAQ

  • Monday & Wednesday: 6:00 AM, 9:30 AM, and 6:00 PM

    Tuesday & Thursday: 9:30 AM and 6:00 PM

    Friday: 9:30 AM

    Saturday: 9:00 AM

  • Training takes place at TG The Gym in Phoenix. This is a boutique gym that provides the space and equipment needed to get the most out of your training sessions. Note that all packages require gym membership. This is an additional investment outside of Larry Smith Fitness.

  • Everyone is welcome to join. You don't need to be an athlete to train like an athlete! The classes are high-intensity, but if you're a beginner, you can go at a pace that makes you comfortable.
